WP Coupons is hands down the best coupon plugin for WordPress websites that don't necessarily want to install a coupon theme but still want to have a visually appealing and powerful coupon system to promote affiliate and product offers.

It has a great archive and tagging system alongside an excellent sidebar widget which will increase eyeballs on the promotions you are running.
